Coming home to enough-ness can be hard. But there are practices that make it easier. Simple acts of expression and allowing what’s in you to come through. These practices help you to trust that all is well, and sink fully into time spent with yourself.
One of my favorite ways to sink into creativity and enoughness is coloring.
