• How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed Monday - Friday only (excluding public holidays). We ship all orders within 3 days of receiving your order confirmation, provided the selected item(s) are in stock. Should the item(s) not be in stock, we will inform you via email within 48 hours after receipt of order confirmation.
All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details.

• Orders to Switzerland

As per government regulations, all jewelry shipped to Switzerland requires a special Hallmark stamp. The Hallmark stamping process is done once orders are received and will add an additional 3-4 weeks to delivery time.

• Can I purchase Ananda Soul Jewelry online internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using DHL International Express.

• I can’t find my country on your shipping list, what should I do?

We ship worldwide to all countries, with the exception of Portugal, Ukraine, and Russia. If you are located in Portugal, we recommended shopping via our stockists in Europe. If you have any questions or still can’t find your country on the list, please get in touch with our customer service care team at customerservice@anandasoul.com

• What payment methods can I use?

Ananda Soul currently accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Paypal.

• What currency do you use?

All the prices on our website page are based on USD and can be indicated in EUR, GBP, IDR, AUD, NZD, ANG, SGD

• Do I need to expect any additional customs or import fees to receive the jewelry in my country?

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.*** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.*** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Ananda Soul cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Ananda Soul will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because a customer refuses to pay for potential customs clearance.

• What is your jewelry made of?

Recycled 925 Sterling Silver

Our jewelry pieces are made from high-quality, certified recycled 925 sterling silver and is sourced from a German company that refines its metals using environmentally-minded and safe practices. The 925 in sterling silver means that it’s a combination of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloys to strengthen the metal. The alloy we use is copper sourced from Germany and is 100% nickel-free.

22kt Gold Vermeil

22kt Gold Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a high-quality method of gold plating. In order for a product to be gold vermeil, over gold plated - the product must be coated in a thick layer of gold (at least 2.5 microns) on sterling silver. The gold that we use is 22 carats, which is a higher quality gold compared to others.

• How do I measure my ring size?

Please take a moment to determine your correct ring size to avoid any disappointment upon receiving your order. Please find further information in our Ring Size Guide.

• How do I measure my ring size?

We currently don’t have the silver collection on our website, but we can make it special for you! To order in silver please send us an email at customerservice@anandasoul.com

• Can you make shorter/ longer necklaces?

Of course! To order necklaces in different lengths, please send us an email at customerservice@anandasoul.com

• Can I swim/ shower with my jewelry on?

We recommend always removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or other strenuous activities, exercising or when using abrasive cleaners. This will ensure that your plating lasts for as long as possible and your jewels will stay clean and sparkly. Crystals in particular, will dull if exposed to chlorine or salt water.

• How do I care for and clean my Ananda Soul jewelry?

We want you to look and feel amazing in our jewelry and help you keep it in great condition, for its energy and vibration to last. Follow these tips to keep your jewelry looking great and to increase its longevity.

• Can you repair my jewelry?

Depending on the type of breakage and wear, we can offer a repair or a replacement in the case of a faulty product. Please note that for repairs and replacements outside of the faulty product a fee as well as additional postage may incur.

• Are repairs guaranteed??

It is unusual for our products to have faults based on our production standards and high-quality craftsmanship. However, Ananda Soul warrants that the products manufactured and sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Ananda Soul will repair any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within six (6) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.
