Shipping
All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL with free shipping on all orders.
We typically process and dispatch orders within 3 business days if the item is in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you via email within 24-48 hours.
Please note that Ananda Soul is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal service issues.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Ananda Soul cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees. Additionally, parcels returned to us by the shipping company due to unpaid customs charges will not be eligible for a refund.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges incurred during a return or exchange shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations & Changes
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at customerservice@anandasoul.com.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Ananda Soul as soon as possible.

Exchanges & Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original condition.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our website and provide:

Photos clearly showing the item’s condition and packaging
All return and exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by Ananda Soul before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for:

Any shipping risks during the return process
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely delivered to Ananda Soul. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Ananda Soul is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
Once the returned item has been received, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Returns or exchanges may be rejected if the item:

Has been altered

Is incomplete

Arrives damaged during return shipping

Does not match the condition shown in the submitted photos
Approved refunds will have a $25 handling fee deducted from the final refund amount.
For non-defective returns or exchanges, any additional shipping costs incurred by Ananda Soul may also be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or online store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product limitations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Ananda Soul is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.
If you need to update your shipping information, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If a package is lost, we will assist in liaising with the courier service to locate it or file a claim. However, any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
Chargebacks & Bank Disputes
We strive to resolve all issues directly with our customers. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank before contacting us may result in a prolonged resolution process. Any fees incurred due to chargebacks are the customer’s responsibility.
