We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to customer information is limited to people and service providers who need the information to perform their responsibilities or provide services to Ananda Soul.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information.
11. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
The length of time we retain information depends on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
For example, order and transaction information may need to be retained for accounting, tax, legal, warranty, dispute-resolution, and other business purposes even after an order has been completed.
