This website is operated by Ananda Soul Pte Ltd. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Ananda Soul.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services online.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not transmit or introduce viruses, malicious code, or any other destructive or harmful material to our website or services.

We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws have been violated.

2. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Ananda Soul is formed when we accept and process your order for dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a valid reason, including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Once an order has been accepted for processing, your selected payment method may be charged in accordance with the payment method you have chosen.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that product availability and pricing information displayed on our website is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund where applicable.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Ananda Soul processes orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 3 days of receiving order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside our control.

Orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia via DHL International Express. For more information about shipping destinations, delivery times, customs, VAT, and import charges, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.

If we are unable to supply an ordered product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we may cancel the affected order and provide a refund where applicable.

4. PRODUCT & PRICING INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, product colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors. Natural gemstones may also vary in colour, pattern, texture, and appearance because each stone is naturally unique.

Prices, product descriptions, availability, and product specifications may be changed or updated without prior notice.

Some products may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities.

5. PAYMENT

Ananda Soul currently accepts payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal.

For B2B or wholesale orders, payment by bank transfer may also be available when arranged directly with Ananda Soul.

Payment information is processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, contact, and account information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address, email address, telephone number, and other order information are correct before submitting your order.

We may limit, modify, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate orders, product availability issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

10. GEMSTONES & JEWELRY

Ananda Soul jewelry may contain natural gemstones. Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, variations in colour, pattern, texture, inclusions, and appearance are normal and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

Our jewelry is designed as fashion and lifestyle jewelry. Any information we provide about gemstones, their traditional meanings, energetic properties, or symbolism is provided for informational and cultural purposes only and is not intended as medical, therapeutic, or health advice.
