Coloring as Prayer:

A Free Gift to Nurture Your Nervous System

Posted by Christina Zipperlen on November 25, 2025

As the year gathers its final threads and life hums with movement and to-do lists, we offer you a gentle pause, a breath between moments. A simple, beautiful invitation to slow down and return to yourself.

To remind you: you are enough.

This month, we gift you a free downloadable color-in sheet, adorned with floral, ornamental, and lunar motifs, carrying the affirmation I am enough. It’s more than a drawing, it’s a tiny sanctuary for your nervous system. A little gift to help you pause, breathe, and remember your worth. A way to soothe, to focus, to be.

Why “Enoughness”

At Ananda Soul, self-worth is at the heart of everything we create.
In a world that trains us to look outward – for validation, energy, or love – it takes courage to turn inward.

But it is in these quiet moments, when the mind softens and the heart opens, that we remember our wholeness.
When we truly feel enough, our presence becomes a gift, to ourselves and to others.

From that fullness, connection and compassion naturally flow.

How to Use This Sheet

This practice is your reminder to pause, breathe, and color your way back home.

  1. Set the mood. Find a quiet corner, disconnect from devices. Light a candle, or play music that calms your heart.
  2. Arrive. Take a few slow breaths. Feel your body resting into the moment.
  3. Color with presence. Choose your hues intuitively, there is no right or wrong. Let the rhythm of your hand and breath guide you.
  4. Repeat the mantra. As you fill the page, whisper softly: I am enough. Let the words settle into your body.
  5. Stay awhile. When you’re done, rest your eyes on your creation. Notice how your body feels, maybe softer, slower, more whole.

A Gift of Stillness

Keep your artwork somewhere visible, above your desk, on your altar, or beside your bed, as a quiet reminder of your inherent worth.
Each glance becomes a moment of grounding, a returning to the truth that needs no proof:

You are, and have always been, enough.
