As the first collection after Christina giving birth to her daughter Jaya Ariel in early 2024 these new creations are a dedication and a prayer to life, to new beginnings and new becoming. It’s been a gestation process like no other, gently informed by everything that surrounded us as individuals, as a team, as the collective. It’s a deliberate turning towards life and everything that makes it rich and alive.
Affirmations of life
To be affirmative of life means to say Yes to every single detail that manifests in our lives. It means to say yes to whatever happens to me, and to realize it happens for me, and it belongs. “This belongs, too.” embraces the totality of what life gifts us in every single breath, in every single moment.
This collection returns to old friends and brings them forward in new forms and shapes: we evoke the energies of the Elephant god Ganesha, Warrior Goddess Durga and the Boddhisattva of Guan Yin, the goddess of deep compassion that finds her origins in the Buddhist tradition. We let her carve the words ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’ across our hearts as gentle reminders that the jewels of our compassion reside right there.
We worked with the clearing and empowering qualities of Citrine, Aquamarine, Herkimer Diamond and Crystal Quartz. These stones are known to evoke the connection between your unending trust and courage to pursue your own will with a heart wide open.

‘YES TO LIFE’ GANESHA
Ganesha is his own, loud affirmation of life. He is a riot of colors. He is strength and passion. He is the one who loves sweets and makes friends with a mouse. He is called upon before any new chapter to bring ease, luck and happiness. He is the keeper of deep wisdom and intellect. He stands for protection.
Ganesha's elephant head signifies deep wisdom, large ears symbolise attentiveness, a broken tusk denotes sacrifice, and his potbelly embraces all that life has to offer. Revered as "buddhipriya," or the husband of intelligence, Ganesha embodies intellect and deep wisdom, with his tilak-adorned forehead symbolizing the third eye and spiritual insight.
In Bali, Lord Ganesha is commonly seated in front of every house as the protector and gatekeeper of what is to be kept safe. His upward-facing Abhaya Mudra represents the action of warding off any negative spirits. Ganesha’s presence is both a spiritual safeguard and an affirmation of life, happiness, and luck.
DURGA MA
Durga is the great mother. She embodies inner strength and protection. She is the one to call upon ones self into integrated action. When it is time to say YES to life. She instills power, strength and fierce compassion within us, so we may resume the courage to take that leap forward.
As the great mother, she instills strength and protection, so we may find the courage to defend what we hold sacred.
Durga represents the dual nature of existence, embodying both the nurturing and destructive forces. Like a fortress she is one that is impossible to defeat or pass as she stands in love.
GUAN YIN - BOUNDLESS COMPASSION
The goddess Guan Yin is considered a Bodhisattva or the Goddess of Compassion in the Buddhist tradition. Her name translates as "Perceiver of Sounds," which is why she is the one who hears the cries of the world and responds to those in need. She listens. Her strength is her ability to see the needs of the world and unquestionably extend her compassion and benevolence in all directions.
Encoded with the energy of unconditional love and the tenacity of Guan Yin or Dewi Kwan Im, as she is called in Bali, these pieces bring about healing and guidance.
Guan Yin’s boundless compassion allows her to hear and respond to the world’s cries, always ready to be in service to anyone in need without judgment or hesitation.
