Bali Earthquake 2021 Donation

Hey love,

we are following up with the latest update on our Adopt a Family project – as we have been hit with new news of particular urgency: about 2 weeks ago our beautiful, very alive island home got hit by a strong earthquake with its epicentre located around the areas in the Northwest of Bali that have already been suffering immensely since the eruptions of Mount Agung in 2017 and the pandemic since early 2020. Hence, we are again calling out to our community, as we need your help in form of any donation possible. Every small amount will make a difference.

Bali Earthquake 2021

As we have shared in previous posts, particularly these regions are cut off of the more affluent tourist or expat areas and the people in the North been suffering greatly for almost 4 years now. This recent earthquake now destroyed over 377 family homes leaving many families left with nothing. The past days we have been summoning all support we can get to prepare the delivery of 4 trucks containing mattresses, jerrycans, 550 litre water tanks, cooking equipment, plates, bowls, cutlery, toothpaste, toothbrushes, flannels, wet-wipes.

To be able to keep the support going, we made the decision to allocate the donations of our Friendship bracelets (which are a non-profit piece that supports the tuition of Balinese children in school) as well as our Adopt a Family project – that has been birthed to alleviate the situation for Balinese people in need due to the pandemic –  towards earthquake relief to support these families who have lost their homes for the entire month of November.

Donation For Bali Earthquake 2021

Anybody who feels inspired to send through donations, please support us in our endeavours by either donating directly to Adopt a Family or simply through purchasing our Friendship bracelets (of which 100% of the profits go towards this cause) or really any of our products, as 10% of our profits contribute to donations.

We are trying to make a difference for these beautiful people on this beautiful island.

From the bottoms of our hearts, thank you so much for your continuous support!
