Ring Size Guide
Find Your Perfect Fit

Each ring you wear carries a piece of your story. Choosing a ring online can be magical, but only if it fits right. This page is here to help you find your accurate ring size from the comfort of your home.
At Ananda Soul, we offer 3 simple at-home methods for measuring your ring size. We recommend doing all three for the most accurate result. Please know that the most reliable way is still visiting a local jeweler for a professional measurement.
General Notes Before You Start:
-
✧
The most common women’s ring sizes are between US 6 and 7.
-
✧
Your ring should slide on easily and come off with a slight resistance – snug, but never uncomfortable.
-
✧
Fingers change size! Measure when your hands are warm, ideally at the end of the day.
-
✧
Don’t use other online charts, stick with ours for accuracy (see below).

3 EASY WAYS TO MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE AT HOME:

This method uses a ring that you already own and that fits you well.
You'll need:
- A ring that fits the finger you’re buying for
- A ruler
Steps:
- Measure the inside diameter of your ring using a ruler. Make sure to measure from one inside edge to the other, straight across the center.
- Match your inside diameter measurement with our Ring Size Chart below to find your size.
Or, use our Printable Ring Sizing Guide:
- Make sure the printout is true to scale!
- Place your ring over the printed circles and match the inner edge to the closest circle.
Download the Diameter Ring Sizing Printout:
Important for printout accuracy:
- Print on thick paper if possible.
- Set your printer to "Actual Size" or "No Scaling".
- Use a ruler to double-check the print scale (provided on top of the downloaded page) to ensure that the sizing guide is accurate after printing.

This method helps you measure the circumference of your finger.
You’ll need:
- A strip of paper (around 6" long and 1/2" wide or 15cm long and 1cm)
- A pen or pencil
- A ruler
Steps:
- Wrap the paper around the knuckle of the finger you wish to buy a ring for, making sure it’s snug.
- Mark the point where the paper overlaps.
- Unwrap the paper, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
- Look up your measurement result on the Ring Size Chart (see below).

This is another way to measure the diameter of your finger.
You’ll need:
- To download and print our Ring Sizer Tool
- Scissors
Steps:
- Cut out the measuring strip.
- Carefully cut the slit marked on the measuring strip.
- Insert the tip of the arrow through the slit with the numbers facing out.
- Slide the strip onto your finger and tighten until it feels snug.
- The number next to the ‘measure here’ arrow indicates your ring size.
Important for printout accuracy:
- Print on thick paper if possible.
- Set your printer to "Actual Size" or "No Scaling".
- Use a ruler to double-check the print scale (provided on top of the downloaded page) to ensure that the sizing guide is accurate after printing.

FINAL TIPS
Let us help you find your perfect fit, so your ring can feel like it was made just for you.
-
✧
Don’t measure your fingers when they’re cold – they shrink!
-
✧
Measure your finger at the end of the day when it's at its largest.
-
✧
Your dominant hand’s fingers are usually slightly larger so make sure to measure the actual finger you want to purchase the ring for.
-
✧
If the ring is a gift, try borrowing one from the recipient and using the Diameter Method.
-
✧
Some ring designs can’t be resized, so message us before purchasing if you are still unsure.
