Ananda Soul is looking for a Retail Manager to oversee our non-jewelry product lines – including clothing, bags, and lifestyle merchandise, from production to inventory management. You’ll play a key role in supporting our vision of creating soulful products that carry purpose and intention.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates, launches, and campaigns are well-planned and executed.

Distribute marketing tasks to the respective PICs (person-in-charge) and follow up to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate the development and implementation of social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.

Collaborate with the copywriter for caption development and ensure timely approvals.

Campaign & Visual Storytelling:
-
Lead the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

Develop and maintain a visually cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.

Create mood boards and concept directions for photoshoots, product launches, and digital campaigns.

Work closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure consistency and innovation in all brand visuals.

Lead photoshoot productions and managing all aspects of photo and video shoots

Digital & Social Media Asset Creation:
-
Design and produce high-quality visuals for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

Develop and manage on-brand templates, social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.

Stay ahead of digital trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with evolving platform dynamics.

Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and design team.

- 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in social media strategy and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond.
- Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.
- Video editing skills (for reels and short-form content) are a plus.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both senior creatives and junior designers.
- A portfolio that showcases high-quality social media and campaign designs.
- Photography skills and a keen eye for aesthetics are a bonus.

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a well-organized and timely manner for our CEO & Founder. The ideal candidate is open-minded, possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate exceptional discretion when handling confidential information. You will work on the one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to personal, professional, and communication needs.
Previous experience in executive administration and personal assistant work and/or project management is required.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to wok closely with our Company's Owner, Production Manager & Creative Director, collaborating on everything from jewelry design to visual branding, illustrations and artwork, and marketing campaign assets. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, a strong creative vision, and the ability to bring concepts to life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.

Communication: Handle emails, messages, and draft correspondence with clarity and professionalism.

Research & Reporting: Conduct research as needed and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and written materials.

Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

Event Coordination: Organize events and speaking engagements (e.g., online gatherings) to ensure seamless execution.

Database & Administrative Management: Oversee filing systems and databases, and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Errands & Household Management: Assist with running errands and managing household tasks, including coordinating with childcare and cleaning staff.

Time Management: Support daily time management initiatives to optimize the CEO’s productivity.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience with a minimum of 3 years in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
