Are you a detail-oriented, heart-centered leader with a love for conscious fashion? Ananda Soul is looking for a Retail Manager to oversee our non-jewelry product lines – including clothing, bags, and lifestyle merchandise, from production to inventory management. You’ll play a key role in supporting our vision of creating soulful products that carry purpose and intention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring key dates, launches, and campaigns are well-planned and executed.

    • Distribute marketing tasks to the respective PICs (person-in-charge) and follow up to ensure timely execution.

    • Coordinate the development and implementation of social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.

    • Collaborate with the copywriter for caption development and ensure timely approvals.

  • Campaign & Visual Storytelling:

    • Lead the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.

    • Develop and maintain a visually cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.

    • Create mood boards and concept directions for photoshoots, product launches, and digital campaigns.

    • Work closely with the Creative Director and design team to ensure consistency and innovation in all brand visuals.

      • Lead photoshoot productions and managing all aspects of photo and video shoots

  • Digital & Social Media Asset Creation:

    • Design and produce high-quality visuals for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

    • Develop and manage on-brand templates, social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.

    • Stay ahead of digital trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with evolving platform dynamics.

    • Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and design team.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 4-5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content creation, and graphic design.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
  • Expertise in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience in social media strategy and content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond.
  • Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.
  • Video editing skills (for reels and short-form content) are a plus.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with both senior creatives and junior designers.
  • A portfolio that showcases high-quality social media and campaign designs.
  • Photography skills and a keen eye for aesthetics are a bonus.

    PERSONAL ASSISTANT

    We are looking for a proactive, responsible and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in a well-organized and timely manner for our CEO & Founder. The ideal candidate is open-minded, possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate exceptional discretion when handling confidential information. You will work on the one to one basis on a variety of tasks related to personal, professional, and communication needs.

    Previous experience in executive administration and personal assistant work and/or project management is required. 
    This role offers an exciting opportunity to wok closely with our Company's Owner, Production Manager & Creative Director, collaborating on everything from jewelry design to visual branding, illustrations and artwork, and marketing campaign assets. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and details, a strong creative vision, and the ability to bring concepts to life, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule Management: Maintain and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.

    • Communication: Handle emails, messages, and draft correspondence with clarity and professionalism.

    • Research & Reporting: Conduct research as needed and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and written materials.

    • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

    • Event Coordination: Organize events and speaking engagements (e.g., online gatherings) to ensure seamless execution.

    • Database & Administrative Management: Oversee filing systems and databases, and implement administrative procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Errands & Household Management: Assist with running errands and managing household tasks, including coordinating with childcare and cleaning staff.

    • Time Management: Support daily time management initiatives to optimize the CEO’s productivity.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience with a minimum of 3 years in a personal or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.

    • Exceptional Communication Skills in both English and Indonesian

    • Tech Savy and experience with standard software and the ability to learn company-specific software as needed
