Customer Service & Sales Leader

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales leader, essentially the perfect Ananda Soul brand ambassador.

Central to this role will be excellent customer service skills and meticulous attention to detail, follow through and follow up.

The goal is to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention,

to drive sustainable financial growth through organised systems, boosting sales and forging strong relationships with our customer base

The role can be done remotely (must be within reasonable time zone proximity to Bali) but our first preference would be to find someone already located in Bali.

On average, we estimate about 25 - 30 hours per week for this role to be done with optimal performance results, we believe however that if you’re really good it can be done in less.

RESPONSIBILITIES

General customer service across various platforms (email, website contact forms, social media, etc.)

    • Inquiries & general questions

    • Returns & Complaints

    • Relationship management

Online orders

  • Process online orders

    • Check inventory levels

    • Oversee payment

    • Download packing slip

    • Communication with local team

    • Tracking & Record

Wholesale & Consignment

Growth strategy, relationship building and overall management for wholesale and consignment accounts:

  • Process wholesale & custom / collaboration orders

    • Check inventory levels

    • Communicate with customer

    • Download packing slip

    • Oversee payment

    • Communication with local team

    • Tracking & Record

    • Maintain customer mailing list

  • Oversee / administration for local consignment accounts

    • Digital inventory control

    • Payment tracking

    • Ensure merchandising displays meet Ananda standards (digital visuals)

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Administration & Systems

INVENTORY

Take ownership of our backend systems (orderhive, shopify web, shopify POS):

  • Update and oversee inventory levels on Orderhive

    • Enter inventory refills as needed

    • Monthly inventory stocktake (digital)

    • Create inventory / assets reports and submit to accounting departement

  • keep products updated on shopify (prices, SKUs)

    • Help upload new collections

    • Make sure shopify (Bali and SG) is synced with orderhive

REPORTING

  • Monthly reporting to CEO in a set format

  • Monthly tracking for online, wholesale, consignment and custom sales receipts

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience as a sales executive or a relevant role

  • Experience in providing customer service support

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Customer service orientation

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skills

  • tech-savvy in operating programs and apps such as: MS Office, google office suite, Shopify, inventory management systems (preferably orderhive), basic accounting software, mailchimp, task management (preferably asana)

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Proven sales track record

  • Market knowledge

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

  • Ability to work across cultures
