This mala is hand-knotted with tulsi beads, made from the wood or seeds of the sacred Tulsi plant, revered in India as a living goddess and cherished for her protective and healing powers. **NOTE: Orders to Switzerland**
As per Swiss regulations, all jewelry shipped to Switzerland requires a special Hallmark stamp. This stamping process is done once orders are received and adds an additional 3-4 weeks to orders going to Switzerland.

We normally process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 24-48 hours.

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
