Moon Gathering #7, April 14 2025: Tending To Our Vulnerability

Posted by Christina Zipperlen on

Deep gratitude to the women who gathered this month in such honesty and tenderness. This session became a gentle, heart-led exploration of vulnerability—what it means to show up with our realness, to soften our edges, and to let ourselves be seen.

We journeyed together through a guided meditation woven with imagery and softness, inviting our bodies to arrive and our nervous systems to exhale. From that place of presence, we opened into heartfelt sharing.

Each voice, each truth, each silence was a reminder that vulnerability is not weakness—it is connection, courage, and the quietest kind of power.

We closed with journaling to help integrate what had been stirred, inviting the question: What becomes possible when I stop hiding?

As an introvert, it would be easy for me to stay behind the scenes. But these circles keep calling me—reminding me of the beauty that unfolds when we gather with intention and care. Holding this space is part of my work, and part of my healing too.

May this recording offer you a moment of breath, warmth, and the sense that you are not alone in your tenderness.

If you weren’t able to join us live, I’d love to welcome you to the next gathering. These circles are here for you—to connect, reflect, and be held.

With love,
Christina 🕊️
