If you are reading this page it means that you have been approved as an Ananda Soul Wholesale Partners and we are so excited to start spreading the love of our creations with you and your customers. 

To get started and place your first order, please follow these steps:

Ordering

To create an active wholesale account with us, please send us an email telling us a little bit about yourself and your business and why you’d like to become a wholesaler. Once we reviewed your account we will register you as a wholesale customer.

You can then log into your account and order at wholesale prices via our online store. Upon receipt of your order we will confirm the estimated shipping time.

Orders will be processed with 3-5 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays for any items that are in stocks.
Any items ordered that is still in production will take 2-4 weeks time to fulfill your order. 

Switzerland order - due to Hallmark stamping in each jewelry, we will need 3-4 weeks time to stamp each of the jewelry before we ship out.

Participation/Wholesale Guidelines

  • To participate in our wholesale program, you must be the owner of a legitimate retail store or e-commerce site. *eBay, Amazon, Etsy, flash sale or auction site sellers are not eligible, and our merchandise may not be sold on any such site.
  • All designs are exclusive to and copyrighted by Christina Zipperlen dba Ananda Soul. All merchandise must be sold with the Ananda Soul tag attached and the tag may not be removed at any time by the wholesaler.
  • Ananda Soul reserves the right to change these Wholesale Program Terms of Sale at any time and without prior notice.
  • Ananda Soul reserves the right, due to production and availability, to restrict the sale of certain products.
  • The Ananda Soul logo, images and text provided to wholesale accounts may only be used on websites which are owned by or under the full control of the online retailer.
  • As a wholesale client you are permitted to resell Ananda Soul products to consumers only, and at specified locations or store branded websites with prior and appropriate written approval for brand representation and placement. Any and all changes to approved locations require prior written consent.
  • Ananda Soul reserves the right to block any of our products from being advertised or sold at locations without prior approval. Failure to notify Ananda Soul and obtain prior agreement will result in sanctions placed on product availability, future order cancellation and/or further legal action being taken to have these items removed from non-approved marketplaces.
  • Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have acted in breach of any of these Terms & Conditions we may forthwith, withdraw our permission for you to sell Ananda Soul products and you will no longer be entitled to sell our products and use our logo and brand imagery.
  • The decision to grant online retailer status is at the sole discretion of Ananda Soul. AS reserves the right to refuse orders or terminate retailers who do not comply with these regulations.

Pricing, RRP & Discounts

All prices are subject to change. Prices valid as published at time of order. The most current price list supersedes any previous pricing or price lists. All prices are in United States Dollars.

Wholesale and recommended retail prices may fluctuate due to market forces out of our control and we reserve the right to alter them periodically. Appropriate notice will be given to all customers prior to any price changes.

Discounts cannot be applied to Ananda Soul products without our prior written consent.

Additional promotional discounts are not applicable to wholesale packages.

Product

All merchandise is individually hand made. All measurements are approximate, and colors, shapes, and markings will vary slightly. Natural gemstones may vary in shape, size and color. All products are handmade and are inspected individually for imperfections before selling.

All wholesale accounts have access to display props and stands. We strongly suggest including 1 or more of these with your order for best merchandising practices. For all Wholesale Partners we offer well thought through packages (based on best selling product)that include merchandising stand options).

Warranty/Repair

It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship, however, Ananda Soul warrants that the products manufactured and sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Ananda Soul will repair any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within six (6) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.

First Time Buyers

Minimum order is USD $2200 with minimum 3 items per SKU order

First time orders and/or orders placed at a show are preliminary only and subject to final approval by Ananda Soul. Free DHL shipping is included with orders $2200 USD and over.

Re Orders

Minimum re-order is USD $1000 with minimum 2 items per SKU

Payment Options

All Payments should be submitted through our online shop at the time the order is placed, unless otherwise authorized.

Payments can be made either via Paypal or any major credit card through our secure online payment portal.

An additional fee of 3.5% will be added for credit card payments.

An additional US$30 fee will be applied to international wire payments.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping is free on all orders that meet the minimum order amount requirements.

All products are shipped worldwide from Bali, Indonesia door to door. Shipping is handled via DHL and will be delivered by your local DHL service. A tracking number will be provided. International shipping takes generally 6-10 days business days. 

Insurance up to the replacement value is available upon request at an extra charge.

If you have an account with another carrier including FedEx, DHL and UPS and would like that carrier to service your shipment and have shipping fees applied to that account, you may request custom shipping with your order. Ananda Soul may not be able to accommodate all requests for custom shipping service.

Documents

Ananda Soul Creations supplies a commercial invoice and a packing list only. Ananda Soul Creations will not be held responsible to supply any additional documents.

Taxes and Duties

Shipments are sent in a standard package declared as actual value.

They are insured up to the value stated on the package. Ananda Soul will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products during transit.

Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the Wholesaler. Ananda Soul is not responsible for taxes, duties or fees associated with importing goods into the recipient's country unless otherwise agreed upon with Ananda Soul prior to shipment.

If necessary, the recipient must clear the order at customs at their own cost and effort as required. If customs inspection is required, the recipient will be notified by the shipping company when the merchandise has arrived at customs and will be required to supply payment information in order for the goods to be released from customs.

Once released they will be delivered by the shipper to your location.

Order Fulfillment

Fulfillment time is 30-day or less for orders and reorders not including shipping time.

Any items that are missing from a shipment and appear on the invoice must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. At that time, we will re-ship missing items.

Any items that are broken or defective as a result of a manufacturer defect must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order (please be sure to inspect all items in your order immediately upon receipt). Contact Ananda Soul immediately and we will discuss how best to return the item(s) so that we may assess the damage and fix or replace the defective item(s).

Cancellations must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment and are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

Repairs & Returns

Repair service is available. Please contact us for details. It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high quality craftsmanship, however, should an item be returned to you due to product fault, within 6 months of sale (with original proof of purchase) we will do our best to repair or replace the item. Please email customerservice@anandasoul.com with any issues that arise. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned.

Exclusivity

Ananda Soul works free of exclusivity commitments. It is our policy to work with each client to ensure that we are in agreement about any potential overlapping territory issues.

Returned Goods

Select goods can be returned within 90 days only in exchange for other goods for the same value or less. Returned goods have to be undamaged and in the same condition as the customer received them. Exchange only allowed upon prior authorization by a representative of Ananda Soul. No refunds available without authorization.

It is an honor to be working with you and we are very excited to bring smiles to your customers.

Advertising

All advertising of Ananda Soul products requires prior written consent of Ananda Soul. As a wholesale account you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty free license to use the mark and image of ‘Ananda Soul’ on advertisements which have been approved by us only for the duration of the particular advertising campaign. Please refer to our Wholesale Advertising & Marketing Authorization Form.

Marketing & Branding

All designs are protected by international rights of copyright. Any use of copyright material without prior notice and agreement from Ananda Soul will be considered a breach of copyright and legal action will be taken.

Wholesale clients will not, without prior written consent, allow any of our logos or trademarks or other words or marks applied to Ananda Soul products to be obliterated, covered, obscured, or omitted or to add any additional words or marks.

Wholesale clients will be given access to a folder of images to use for marketing purposes only.

No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights and remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.

We ask that our wholesale clients to do not include Ananda Soul in their Google Adwords without permission.

We ask that our wholesale clients do not use Ananda Soul provided imagery or branding elements in your marketing or online promotions without prior written approval.

Please do not ‘tag’ Ananda Soul on social media posts without prior written approval. We reserve the right to refuse use of ‘tags’ at any time for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

Should Ananda Soul determine that a business relationship can no longer be amicable and no reasonable compromise can be reached, termination of a business relationship can take effect immediately.

By signing this agreement I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions regarding activating and maintaining a wholesale account created by Ananda Soul LTD.

Warranty

It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship, however, Ananda Soul warrants that the Products manufactured and sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Ananda Soul will repair any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within six (6) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.

Warranty Detail

If the item in question is proven to be defective, ANANDA SOUL will offer a repair or replacement of our choice depending on the fault. The outcome of the warranty is at the discretion of ANANDA SOUL. This warranty does not cover damage or loss, kinks or change in color (tarnish), as a result of normal wear and tear nor will it cover mishandling or neglect from its wearer. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned. The warranty is void if external attempts of repair are made.

Repair Detail

Bracelet and necklace threads can be replaced without complete item replacement. Metal work repairs depend on the extent or location of the damage or issue, in this case, the item in question must be returned for evaluation.

*All gold-plated items require a new round of plating after repair.

Out of Warranty Repairs

If an item is broken outside of the six (6) months warranty period or the damage is not considered a fault, ANANDA SOUL will do their best to supply an affordable and fair solution to repair the item in question. All costs associated with this type of repair will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Discontinued Item Sales

All sales on discontinued items are final and not eligible for return/repair.

 Online retailer guidelines

The decision to grant online dealer status is at the sole discretion of Ananda Soul. Ananda Soul reserves the right to refuse orders or terminate retailers who do not comply with these regulations. An online retailer is defined as any retailer who offers products for sale to end consumers through commercial website(s) and is required to be compliant to the following rules of engagement:


  1. Retailer must indicate its intention of becoming on online retailer at the time of placing the first order.
  2. The Ananda Soul logo, images and text may only be used on websites which are owned by or under the full control of the online retailer
  3. The promotion of Ananda Soul items by indirect online channels like Amazon, Ebay, etc is not allowed without clear, written approval of Ananda Soul.
  4. All websites are subject to constant approval by Ananda Soul. Retailer may only use images that have been approved by Ananda Soul
  5. Ananda Soul reserves the right, due to production and availability, to restrict the sale of certain products
  6. Return labels will only be sent to Ananda Soul retailers, not directly to the end consumers. It is the retailer’s responsibility to facilitate any and all returns via an Ananda Soul issued return label.
  7. Retailer must remain in good financial standing with Ananda Soul at all times.
