Shipping & Returns old
All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia via one of the following options:
Regular Registered mail:
International orders sent via regular mail normally take around 2-3 weeks to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location. Rates vary according to the shipping destination and weight of your order.
International orders sent via EMS normally take 7-10 working days to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location. Rates vary according to the shipping destination and weight of your order.
International orders sent via DHL normally take 3-5 working days to arrive from the time they are shipped, depending on your location. Rates vary according to the shipping destination and weight of your order.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We normally process and dispatch all orders with 48 hours of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours.
We cannot not take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
Please note, we are not able to ship order to Switzerland or Russia at this time due to strict customs regulations. If you place an order with a shipping destination to either of these places, your order will be refunded.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Ananda Soul Creations cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Ananda Soul Creations will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk.
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring purchases.
In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
