A free meditation for deep nourishment and self-care

Posted by Christina Zipperlen on

This is a meditation for deep nourishment and self-care. This practice has been recorded during our first Moon Gathering in October 2024.

As we all know this last coming stretch of the year can be a busy and overwhelming time with the holidays ahead, family and friends get togethers and more. Here is an invitation for you to pause and replenish your energy, so you may meet all that is to come with grace and patience and presence and love.

Grab a cushion or blanket, find yourself in your most comfortable seat or lie down and allow yourself to be carried into a safe space.

After the meditation, if you feel like it, grab pen and paper and write from your heart whatever floods your being. Let it be a reminder for you of what it feels like to be in full nourishment and self-care.

If you feel drawn to join one of our Moon Gatherings, a monthly circle offering under the Full Moon for women of all walks of life. Register here for our next one.

About the Moon Gathering

Since ancient times, women have gathered under the full moon to share stories, wisdom, and support. These sacred gatherings, often called moon circles, were a time for women to connect deeply with each other and with the natural rhythms of the earth. The full moon, with its powerful energy, was seen as an ideal time for reflection, healing, and celebration of womanhood.

With our monthly Moon Gatherings we intend to honor and celebrate old wisdom and traditions, the cycles of lives, the rites of passages and the many ways women show up in this world today. Our intention is to offer a space for women to lean into the warm support of a group, safely and carefully held and guided by Christina Zipperlen.
