The ‘I Allow Nourishment’ ring brings up important questions around nourishment of body, mind and soul: What in our lives truly nourishes us versus what we might think nourishes us? How do we show up in the world when we are nourished in comparison to being stressed out, energetically malnourished, emptied out? To what degree is nourishment a selfish act or is it in truth a generous act to nourish ourselves first, in order to be able to be in service and for the benefit of others?

This ring carries three Smokey Quartz crystals. Smokey Quartz is the perfect stone to support this intention. There are so many systems in place in our society that hinder us from nourishing ourselves on a regular level. With its supportive and energy absorbing qualities this crystal absorbs, transforms and gives back to the Earth what isn’t in service of our highest.

**NOTE: Orders to Switzerland**
As per Swiss regulations, all jewelry shipped to Switzerland requires a special Hallmark stamp. This stamping process is done once orders are received and adds an additional 3-4 weeks to orders going to Switzerland.

We normally process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock, we will email you within 24-48 hours.

You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Refunds exclude packing and shipping charges.
We can not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

• Pierced earring purchases due to health regulations
• Items purchased on sale

In order to return your product, please notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your item.
