Customer Service & Sales Manager - Part Time


We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Sales Manager to provide excellent customer service and to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers and to apply an effective sales strategies.
The role is a part-time remote work position of about 20 hours per week. It can be done from any location, however proximity to Bali time zone is preferred.


  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Oversee customer communication and shipment for online orders
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Oversee wholesale accounts 
  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Update and oversee inventory levels on Orderhive 
  • Create inventory / assets reports and submit to accounting departement
  • Work with accounting to clarify incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Proven working experience as a sales executive or a relevant role
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools (Shopify)
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
